Hi be great. If you are able to post this into the Russian language group as well that would
I am still looking for (see my post of 5 years ago!) re dump of ram from TMS1000 via test mode. (not decapping)
I have just found that Russia also made the TMS1000 and known as the AM2901.
Question: - Please confirm if the AM2901 is a replica of the TMS1000 structure? - Has anyone achieved on this group the dump via test mode for the TMS1000? - Does the AM2901 have a similar test mode and would this work for the TMS1000?
I have a TMS1000NLP MP0186 that I wish to have dumped. Thanks Comments welcome Charles Harris

No, AM2901 is chip from AMD and it is nothing to do with TMS1000 TMS1000 has "hard-wired" program and it could be read by microscope only I think
