Ты лучше не ПИК изучая а MSC-51. Даже тут в РФ AT89C51(Atmel) можно екпить за 50р.

51 мне не нравица по субъективным соображениям

и изучать его нечего - нам курс в универе читали по микроконтроллерам интеловским :)
