Ходили разговоры, что асинхронные процессоры - это будущее микропроцессорной техники...

И некий г-н Hans Summers разработал проект такого процессора на ТТЛ-логике.

Я, правда, читая ссылку, не понял достиг ли он этим чего-то выдающегося или нет.

Ну он написал, что разработал (в 1992), но не построил т.к. много микросхем надо...

P.S. Судя по его сканам у него там не 100% асинхронность, т.к. явно есть диаграмма с 100 МГц синхрой и деление её на степени двойки (стр.20)
