The Ternary.info SIG is going to release a new journal for everything applied to research in balanced ternary code and ternary logic. Currently we're collecting articles for the first issue. Authors may send their materials to us for publication. It can be articles about history, theory, principles of realizations, algorithms, virtual machines and applications for them, hardware of ternary systems or parts of, application of multi-valued logics, etc. All articles will be published in english, and if the author desires it, it can be published is his or her native language. Every author will receive a printed issue with their article and all materials (software, PCBs, etc). The first issue will go to print in the middle of July, to be ready for the 2nd conference for Practical applications of balanced ternary code and ternary logic, that will be held in Moscow on July 25.

If I have time (this is a pretty big if, I'm really busy the coming weeks), I might write something up about the various realizations of ternary logic on binary computers that I have experimented with in Tunguska, their strengths and weaknesses, that sort of stuff.

Do you guys have any specific format you want the articles in, any template to follow or that sort of thing?
