Conference for balanced ternary code and logic

Ternary.info is going to hold a conference dedicated to balanced ternary code and trinary logic. The event will be held in July of 2008 in Moscow. We're going to discuss many themes, such as history, theory, designing hardware and developing software. Details will be posted later.
