Would it be meaningful to create a general purpose code library for representing balanced ternary numbers (or balanced bases in general)?
The tryte/trit classes in Tunguska are pretty specialized, and could probably be replaced by something more generic.

Yes, I think it would be nice to have such library. And even a tool to convert data
