Здравствуйте. Может не туда...
Прошу подсказать по этому процессору. С слов бывшего владельца он его вытащил с стационарной вычислительной машины 70-х Ценность не представляет, ну кроме драг металла на нем. Спасибо You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. |

Мне кажется, это вариация на вот эту тему, с выводами на керамике.
Какая-то серия процессорных БИС в таких корпусах была. Но, вероятно, поискать по корпусу Вам лучше вот здесь: http://www.155la3.ru/korpus.htm Так-то очень похоже - 48 выводов, но у вас там ещё +3 вывода по углам...
