Need Help Debugging NedoPC Z80 Build — No VGA Output

Hi all,

I just finished assembling my NedoPC Z80 board (Z80 @ 4 MHz, 64K RAM, simple VGA text output). The board powers on, but I get no VGA signal at all — just a blank screen.

ROM monitor code should initialize video, but I see nothing. I’ve checked soldering, clock signal seems fine, and reset works.

Any ideas what I should check next? Could this be an issue with the video circuit or address decoding?
