My simplified SCART cable:

Sprinter - SCART (Name)
===================
1 - 18 & 5 (GND)
2 -
3 -
4 -
5 -
6 -
7 -
8 -
9 - 7 (Blue)
10 - 11 (Green)
11 - 15 (Red)
12 -
13 - 20 (Sync)
14 -
15 - 16 (+5V)

SCART should be real RGB or use Commodor display (I use 1084S):

Signal: Sprinter (15 pins) - Commodore (9 pins)
====================================
Blue: 9 - 5
Green: 10 - 4
Red: 11 - 3
Sync: 13 - 7
Ground: 14 - 1

We will be glad to help you with hardware and software installations :)

Spectrum software may be found on many web-sites in TRD-dormat (*.trd), but not here. Here we may help only with Sprinter mode software!

No. For SVGA special hardware converter is needed. Because Sprinter generates TV-signal (synchro like in PAL/SECAM, but colors are separate pins), so you need 50 Hz frame rate monitor, that may support 15 kHz line rate (TV standard synchro).
