Pentagon (48Hz) is the best, because it's most compatible with Russian demos:

Scorpion and ZX-Spectrum modes are just having 50Hz frame rate and not truly replicate their timings
(original ZX-Spectrum timings were discovered only in 2010 when ULA was reverse-engineered, but Sprinter was manufactured in 1997-2003)
