I bought my Sprinter
and it was crap, if you don't mind me saying so.
It worked for a while but now something wrong and it doesn't work the harddisk.

Well mine is working for two yaers already. Have you formatted your HD on PC?

Yes, I formatted it years ago (1995?), but I tried to connect a CD ROM on the same cable, and now the disk doesn't work.

my hdd work correctly(seagate 1G). I buy hdd whith sprinter and NO PROBLEM !!!!

Have you made your HD as Master ahd HD as Slave

I didn't change the (slave/master/single) jumper when connecting the cdrom. As you can imagine, the hd and cd did not work simultaneously, but now neither works at all.
