On April 9th 2005 I designed scheme of ternary half adder (A+B=S+C):

Bill of materials (prices of 2005):

1xLM339 $0.19 - one quad comparator
2xCD4066 $0.35*2=$0.70 - two quad CMOS-switch
4x1N914 $0.022*4=$0.088 - four switch diodes
18 resistors - from $0.14 to $0.78
Totally we got from $1 to $2 for one half adder.

May 12nd 2005 - testing:

To make it working for all input possibilities I needed to add 2 resistors 1.5 kOm in parallel with RN2G/RN2H and RN3G/RN3H...

On June 6th 2005 I ordered production of 4 more PCBs (for $92)

Another test on June 13th 2005 using ternary testing board TRInnTest-1:

Later I sent one of that PCB to Moscow and now we are waiting for pictures from Mbr who soldered it in 2008
